If you’re looking for the absolute best, we suggest the Banana Bungalow if it’s available. It is the largest and most luxurious of our three Cottages and the only one featuring a Simmons BeautyRest California king size mattress providing absolutely dreamy comfort. In October of 2006, we upgraded all amenities in this Cottage, including the new mattress along with silky 500-thread count cotton sheets and top-of-the-line furnishings throughout. This Cottage features all the amenities of our other two cottages plus a dishwasher and regular oven, (macadamia nut muffins, anyone?). Shower only (no tub). The Banana Bungalow is decorated in a colorful, eclectic and contemporary "Tropical Island" style; you'll find giant bamboo furniture and plenty of whimsical art and artifacts from our travels all adding to the tropical flavor. The Banana Bungalow is very bright and airy with open-beamed ceiling, partially carpeted floor and lots of windows. Enjoy the spectacular unobstructed ocean/sunset and garden views from the spacious bamboo and wood lanai. You'll be sitting in the middle of a beautifully landscaped garden ... a perfect place to enjoy alfresco dining morning, noon and night.
